Cooking with À la Carte Catering + Event Design
Calling all foodies and the whisk-challenged. À la Carte Catering + Event Design is inviting you into their kitchen. Whether you are brushing up on the basics or want to experience Le Cordon New, learning from the pros is fun and enlightening for all skill levels. Be up front and in the mix as our savory & pastry chefs demonstrate the makings of a simple and elegant meal to impress your guests. Participants will learn hands-on culinary skills, from basic knife skills, food preparation made simple, table setting to food presentation techniques. Get in there and stir it up, or simply enjoy the show, enticing aromas, and taste.
