Move on to fancy--during our Basic Fondant Class you will learn how to crumb coat a cake (or cupcakes) with Buttercream, knead fondant to the proper consistency and color it. Cover a sweet treat (6" cake or cupcakes, Chef's discretion) with fondant and decorate with fondant cut-outs of your own design. You will be taking your beautiful boxed sweet treat home with you. After some practice your cakes will look like the ones you see in every boutique bakery!
