Full Strawberry Moon Yoga & Walking Meditation
Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 7:30 PM (MDT)
Enjoy a short walking meditation as we prepare ourselves for the rising of the Full Strawberry Moon. We will then open our hearts, minds, and bodies with yoga poses in appreciation of the earth below, and the full rising moon above.
Ages 13 yrs to adult.
Note: No mats required as this will be a standing practice followed by a seated (in the picnic shelter) closing meditation. Wear sturdy shoes.
