This highly customized one-day workshop is designed to help director-level leaders address the unique challenges they and their organizations face. The curriculum is split into two main objectives: The morning is a working session to help participants develop a leadership vision that will inspire their teams to strong performance. The afternoon dives into effectively disseminating that vision throughout the organization in a way that gets buy-in and is consistently reinforced.
We will also cover other leadership tools designed to support execution of the vision such as tools for empowering employees, keeping individuals motivated, assessing performance, and holding people accountable.
Ideal participants: newly promoted directors and vice presidents who want to make immediate impact in their new position.
