As our teams become more virtual and less bound to a specific, geographic location, we’re facing a unique set of challenges. How do you manage, lead, or participate in a team in which you’ve never personally met some of the members (and probably never will)? How do you build trust, relationships, accountability? How do you attract and keep talent grounded in the Cloud?
We’ll take you through best practices in each of these areas, while also coaching you on assessing performance and determining the appropriate level of communication. Additionally we’ll show you which technologies you should employ, and what the qualities of highly productive virtual managers and employees look like.
Living and working in a virtual environment is tough – but it can work and we’ll show you how.
