The panel will be moderated by TechCrunch editor, John Biggs. Biggs has written for the New York Times, InSync, USA Weekend, Popular Mechanics, Popular Science, Money and a number of other outlets on technology and wristwatches. He is the former editor-in-chief of Gizmodo.com and lives in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
John is the co-founder and VP of Sales at STELLAService. John works with online businesses to improve their service performance by providing objective analyses of each of their customer touch points, benchmarked against their peers and industry leaders.
Joe is the Founder and CEO of JIBE. Priorto starting JIBE, Joe held several executive level positions in which he was responsible for hiring hundreds of employees. It was his experiences with those hires that led him to start JIBE. Beyond Joe's hands-on hiring experience, his relationships with senior recruitment executives at the Fortune 1000 have shaped the recruiting solutions JIBE has built.
Bill is the Cheif Revenue Officer at Quirky. Bill has a background in retail and merchandise marketing. Previously, Bill was the Vice President of Retail Marketing at Nickelodeon, Toys R Us and Sony. Bill received his MBA from Cornell University.
Jake is the Founder & CEO of Skaled. Jake's early career began at CareerBuilder where he helped to build out and scale the West Coast office. He then went on to build out the sales team at Glassdoor in San Francisco. Later, Jake made the move to become Head of Product Outreach at Chartbeat where he helped create the lead gen and customer success team.
Danielle Weinblatt is currently the CEO and Founder of Take the Interview, Inc. Danielle was an Arthur Rock Fellow of Entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School, where she achieved First Year Honors (top 15-20% of the class). Danielle is also a member of Springboard Enterprises, a network of female founders and CEOs who lead high-growth companies and Leveraged Wisdom, a NYC-based network of CEOs of privately-held companies. She has appeared on Fox Business News, Fox News Boston and Spike TV as part of their “Hire a Veteran” initiative. Danielle has also been a contributor to Inc. Magazine’s, “Been There, Run That” series on scaling companies, The Huffington Post and BostInno.
David is the COO & CFO of Sailthru where he has doubled its staff in the past year. David brings with him years of expertise in strategic planning, new product launches, acquisition and financing for leading brands including the Financial Times, where he led the company's expansion into Europe and Asia. Prior to Sailthru, David was the Managing Director of Money-Media, which delivers news and intelligence to asset managers and corporate boards, and led the sale of Money-Media to the Financial Times in 2008.
