Dear Friends,

You are invited to Friends of Ding Ding TV second Business Mixer on Monday, Feb.18, 2013.

When: Monday Feb. 18, 5pm - 6:30pm.

Where: 3350 Scott Blvd., Building 54, Santa Clara, CA 95054

What: Feb. Business Talk "How to sell your business and make profit?" by Raymond Ong.           

Thank you very much for coming to our mixer last month. We had 14 people attended business mixer last month, each person had few minutes to introduce their business, we had opportunity get to know each other better during social time.

We are going to have our second mixer next Monday Feb. 18 at 5pm at Ding Ding TV. We'll organize a business talk each time and encourage everybody to give a speech to our group. The speech should be no longer than 10 minutes. Any topic that can benefit and help business owners are welcome.

About Speaker Raymond Ong

Raymond Ong is the broker-owner of Realty World Champions, based out of the firm’s Cupertino office, Raymond specializes in the sale of residential and investment properties in the South Bay. His past real estate experience including residential property sales and leasing, multi-family sales, property management, land development and development of commercial property.

Raymond Ong has been a top producing agent in real estate sales for the past 22 years with over 600 properties sold.

Raymond speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and English and is a former President of the Chinese American Real Estate Association. Raymond earned his BA in economics from University of Chicago and a MBA in Accounting from San Jose State University.  He is married with two children.  In his spare time, Raymond enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, camping and spending time with his family. 

 

We'll collect $120 membership fee. This $10/month fee is for:

1) Sending Invitations to members, coordinate with speakers for Business Talk.

2) Buying Snacks, fruits & drinks for mixer

3) Setting up tables and cleaning up place.

4) Setting up PPT and screen or TV if needed.

5) Collecting survey after speech. Last month we spent about $100. Half for snacks, drinks and fruits.  Half for paper cups, plates.  plastic forks and tissue. (Should be enough for the whole year.)

We send invitation through Eventbrite, if you would like to invite friends, please remind them to register on line and pay $15 at door each time or pay $120 for the 12 months and become a member. Thanks.
