Topic:   Reshoring: How Companies Are Considering Bringing Manufacturing Back to America

Dear friends of Ding Ding,

Thank you very much for coming to our mixer last month. Raymond Chan did a wonderful speech on his presentation and Rosemary Coates will be the speaker for this month. It's so interesting and we can know many things from her.
 

We'll organize a business talk each time and encourage everybody to give a speech to our group. The speech should be no longer than 10 minutes. Any topic that can benefit and help business owners are welcome.
Please send your request with topic to Meiya@DingDing.TV. We'll arrange the schedule for you. Hope to see you on Monday.

About Rosemary Coates:


Rosemary Coates, President of Blue Silk Consulting     

Ms. Coates is the President and Founder of Blue Silk Consulting, a Global Supply Chain firm. She is a China sourcing and manufacturing expert, helping companies with global manufacturing strategies. She is also an Amazon.com Top Selling author with 3 books: ”42 Rules for Sourcing and Manufacturing in China,” “42 Rules for Superior Field Service,” and “Negotiation Blueprinting for Buyers.”

 

During her 25-year career in consulting and in industry, she was a Managing Director at SAP, Supply Chain Practice Leader at KPMG Peat Marwick and Answerthink Consulting, and Regional Manager at Hewlett-Packard. She has worked with over 80 clients worldwide, on global supply chain strategies and tactics.

 

Ms. Coates earned an MBA from University of San Diego and a BS in Business from Arizona State University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the University of San Diego Supply Chain Management Institute.
