On Friday night, Natural Gourmet Institute is transformed into an intimate dining room, where our Chef’s Training Program students and instructors prepare a three-course vegetarian Friday Night Dinner that is innovative, delicious and beautifully presented.
Dinners are Prix Fixe and BYOB.

10% of proceeds from tonight's Friday Night Dinner will go to CulinaryCorps. Founded in 2006, it is the nation’s first volunteer service organization designed specifically for culinary professionals. Recruiting chefs, cooks, food educators and culinary professionals, CulinaryCorps launches transformational short-term volunteer trips that address a community’s most critical food challenges: emergency hunger relief, cooking and nutrition education, healthy food access, childhood wellness, and culinary heritage preservation.
