FRIDAY: Mast Brothers Factory Tour and Chocolate Tasting

See, smell, touch, and taste how we transform cacao from tropical fruit into some of the world’s finest chocolate. Your 45-minute tour and tasting will take place in our flagship factory among the sacks of cocoa beans, spinning stone grinders, and team of hardworking chocolate makers that make our chocolate distinct and delicious. We’ll take you all the way from bean to bar, beginning with the chocolate-making process and concluding with a tasting of five varieties of chocolate.

Your ticket includes 15% off purchases made in our factory store immediately after the tour. We also donate $1 to City Harvest for each ticket sold.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR TOURS

Tours are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 5pm, and on Saturday and Sunday morning at 11am. If you do not see a date available in the dropdown menu above, that tour is sold out.

The tours begin promptly as scheduled. Out of consideration for fellow tour goers and our staff, if you are more than 10 minutes late you forfeit your place on the tour.

Each tour holds a maximum of 8 people. Because of limited space on our factory floor, we are not able to accept walk-ins.

Please wear close-toed shoes and be prepared to cover your hair with a hat or a hairnet that we will provide. Please also note that photography and audio/visual recording are only permitted within the store, not the factory.

Because this tour takes place in a working factory, we do not recommend it for children under age 8.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour, you must cancel at least 72 hours in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations received with less than 72 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds.

We do not maintain a waitlist for sold-out dates. If someone gives up their ticket for a tour, it will be available online.
