One Day Workshop

This hands-on workshop will forever change your conceptions of French food as too daunting or too rich. Learn simple French techniques that can radically change your way of cooking and your approach to food. 


Date: Monday, July 14th (Bastille Day!)  

Time: 6:00pm - 9:30pm

Sample Menu: Onion Soup Gratinée (French Onion Soup); Frisée Salad with Bacon & Blue Cheese; Moules Frites (Mussles & French Fries); Croque Madame (Ham & Cheese Sandwich with Béchamel & Fried Egg); Tarte Tatin (Apple Tart).

What the cancellation policy? 

Class registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer registration to another class of equal or lesser value 7 days or more prior the start of class. Under 7 days, you may resell or give the class to a friend (please let us know who will be attending in your place). Missed classes may not be made up.

The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes and/or substitute instructors. It is extremely rare for a class to be cancelled due to weather.


Is there an age requirement?

We require students to be 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified in the class description. Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian. Please use our "Group Discount" registration option above.
