Thursday, February 9 // Michel Cluizel Chocolat

This event is organized in partnership with the Michel Cluizel Chocolat and Sud de France Développement

 About our partners:

Back in France in 1948, Michel Cluizel created his first chocolates with his parents' help.

Nowadays, he processes cocoa beans to exceptional chocolates in his Normandy workshops.

Chocolate expert Michel Cluizel endeavors to discover remarkable plantations in order to elaborate his chocolates, each composed of exceptional cocoa beans from a single plantation, to be enjoyed and compared like the finest wines.

Michel Cluizel's priority is to provide high quality chocolate by choosing the best cocoa beans.

Strong relationships established with planters along the years reinforce his position as an expert in cocoa and insure the best traceability. All of Michel Cluizel's dark, milk and white chocolates are guaranteed by the choice of "Noble ingredients": 100% natural, with no added flavor, no preservative and no soy lecithin.
