Event Details

Hey folks! We're putting together a super fun weekend of Traditional Cajun Cooking & Music, Old-Time, Country, Irish, Jazz & Swing! Come join the party!

The Food:
Toby Rodriguez is flying up from Louisiana to teach 3 days of Cajun cooking classes and keep us fed in Blackpot Suppers! If you want to know what it’s like to be at a traditional gathering in Southwest Louisiana, complete with music, dancing and authentic cuisine come on down and hang with chef Toby Rodriquez as he shares his rich Cajun culture and savory creations. Toby is a culinary rock star and loves to share his expertise and crafting Cajun delicacies!

which means you can come & go as you please, visiting as many classes as you want.
