Kevin ran his own consulting business, Corporate Transition Services (CTS), an outplacement and HR training company dedicated to getting people employed faster at a company they love and at a salary they deserve
Kevin gained career counseling and recruiting depth through progressive roles in his 20+ year career at several large companies such as Hewitt, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley/Discover, OfficeMax, ALLTEL and the University of Chicago (NORC).
Kevin has two undergraduate degrees from Purdue University and an MBA from Kent State University.
