Meet the Presenters

 

Dr. Alex Castilla, Senior Education Consultant, Tahseen Consulting

Dr. Castilla is a leading university admissions counselor. He assisted over 100 students to gain admissions to selective colleges in the US and around the world. With his assistance, students have received over $1 million in merit based scholarships. Castilla has fifteen years of experience in education as a teacher, college counselor, published writer, and professor and holds a Ph.D. in International Education from Columbia University. He is a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling.

Jason Garner, Associate Director of MBA and Graduate Admissions, George Washington University School of Business  

Jason Garner, Associate Director of MBA and Graduate Admissions, George Washington University School of Business

Garner serves as a member of the George Washington University MBA admissions committee and oversees its suite of online programs, events, and marketing and communications. When he is not traveling the globe recruiting, he is reviewing applications and interviewing applicants. Prior to joining George Washington University, Garner worked in consumer sales and marketing at Time Life and Rosetta Stone. Jason is originally from Northwest, Ohio. In Washington, DC, he enjoys dining out at new restaurants as well as cooking at home. Garner holds a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University School of Business.
