That’s why Eatology has decided to let you in on the secrets you’ll never forget and teach you all about Paleo! Our Nutrition Seminar, fueled by WhiteBoard Nutrition, will teach YOU how to “Eatology.”
We will introduce clean eating lifestyles (Paleo/Primal/Zone/Whole30) in an educational, non-bias, CrossFit oriented class. We will teach each person how to control their hormones, body composition, performance, and deliver greater results from each training session.
A Taste of What You’ll Learn:
- Importance of Nutrition – Fuel Building Blocks
- What is Paleo/Zone/Primal/30? How are they connected to health? How food and fitness combine.
- How to Zone Ratios, Paleo/30, and Primal. Trying to lose or gain weight? Learn about Athlete Zone.
- How to weigh/measure foods and how to enter them into a food log.
- You’ll also participate in a digestion experiment and watch a live food demonstration.
CrossFit Legend Matt Murski of BodyLab CrossFit and famed athlete of the original CrossFit movie “Every Second Counts” and Gourmet Paleo-Zone Fitness Chef Laurah Hawkins of Eatology host the seminars. The class will last three hours, and you’ll need to make a few preparations prior to the class in order to ensure the utmost success.

- CrossFit Journal #21
- Pen/paper for note taking
- 1 selection from each of the Protein/Carbohydrate/Fat categories – Measure Exactly
(be prepared to eat this at the beginning of the class)
