Two organizational leaders, Connie Snow and Ann Fielder, will talk about managing change and transitions in organizations. In 2011, Connie Snow orchestrated the consolidation of Windham Housing Trust with the Rockingham Area Community Land Trust Ann Fielder, retired Senior Advisor for Organizational Development for Planned Parenthood of Northern New England, managed change and transitions over a 35 year career. Connie and Ann will give some practical advice and a retrospective look at what works well in times of change.
Connie Snow was a founding member of Windham & Windsor Housing Trust (formerly the Brattleboro Area Community Land Trust), and has been the Executive Director since its inception in 1987. In that capacity, Ms. Snow oversees a staff of twenty-eight employees and an annual budget of $1.6 million. She holds a BA degree from Holy Cross College, and a Master’s in Organization and Management from Antioch University.
Ann Fielder has worked as a Senior V.P. for External Affairs and finally a Senior Advisor for Organizational Development for Planned Parenthood of Northern New England. She is now doing executive coaching and is on many community boards. She is the former Chair of the Vermont Women's fund Council, the Vice Chair of Brattleboro Area Hospice board , a member of the the town Human Services Funding Committee and Chair of the United Way Income Team. She has a Masters in Organizational Psychology.
