We are committed to empower residents of the Greater Austin Metro area to de-stress through harnessing the power of the breath, yoga and meditation, and learn practical approaches to revive and recharge every day, invented thousands of years ago.

Keep Austin Meditating! is powered by the Art of Living Foundation, a non-profit organization that carries on Sri Sri's mission to create a stress-free, violence-free planet through transformational personal development programs and global service projects in more than 150 countries world-wide.

This workshop also gives an introduction to The Happiness Program which is 24hr workshop spread over 5 days and comprises of

# Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful breathing technique and other ancient practices

#Practical wisdom and processes to discover what in your life is working for you and what is not working for you

# Valuable skills for managing negative emotions and challenging situations, for improving focus and productivity at work and strengthening relationships

The Art of Living

Operating in 152 countries, The Art of Living Foundation (AOLF) is a non-profit, educational and humanitarian organization founded in 1981 by the world-renown philanthropist and spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. All of AOLF’s programs are guided by Sri Sri’s philosophy: “Unless we have a stress-free mind and a violence-free society, we cannot achieve world peace.” The AOLF community is diverse and attracts people from all walks of life backgrounds and religious orientations.
