Reasons why homeowners fail to produce their own modification:
1) homeowners typically have little to no experience negotiating with banks
2) there is difficulty in creating an income and expense sheet and producing other self-generated financial documents
3) the file is incomplete and homeowners do not know how to remedy it
4) the homeowner does not know how to present their financial hardships to the bank
The Dominguez Team is hosting a free loan modification workshop for homeowners. In this workshop we will cover:
1) Why Loan Modification?
2) Eligibility Requirements (salaried and self-employed)
3) Hardship Letter Writing
4) File Submission
5) Trial Payments
6) Final Agreement Review
7) Debt Relief Act Expiring 2013
8) Other Alternatives to Foreclosure
Light refreshments will be served.
