Join KQED Education for our 2012 educators elections bash: a free, fun evening of food and drink, entertainment, and election-resource takeaways.

  • Participate in a Q&A with a seasoned elections reporter from the KQED newsroom
     
  • Learn about KQED Education's free, innovative election-related teaching resources, including ready-to-uselesson plans and multimedia presentations
     
  • Watch student debaters face-off on heated political issues (as a prelude to the first presidential debate!)

Transportation

Street parking near the studio is fairly easy in the evenings.

KQED is about a 15 minute walk from the 16th Street Mission BART station. Walk about 8 blocks down 16th Street (heading towards S. Van Ness), and turn right on Bryant (2 more blocks).

If transportation is a concern, please let us know and we'll try to accomodate you.
