The free, introductory workshop will help you learn more about social anxiety and some basic strategies to overcome it. Also, learn more about a 16-week Cognitive-Behavioral Group Therapy beginning in February, 2014
The free workshop is not a therapy session. You will not be required to talk or be put on the spot in any way.
