TRUE FIT is a group exercise program that mixes cutting edge cardiovascular and muscular conditioning with meditation, yoga and life coaching that will assist you to build more confidence, increase your productivity and achieve breakthroughs in performance and life.

The 6 week  program will help you push past your resistance and will assist you to:

-Get in shape
-Tone muscles
-Shed pounds
-Work with accountability partners
-Create a focus
-Identify goals
-Develop an action plan to achieve those goals
-Learn breathing and meditation techniques to calm when stressed or anxious

What is life coaching?

Coaching is a powerful discipline that guides you through a process of discovery, strategy and action to help you capitalize on your hidden potential and achieve your goals. Together, we will disempower your self-limiting thoughts and behaviors and develop an individualized (or group) action plan to get you back in the driver's seat.

Can I do only one session per week?

This program has been designed to get you noticeable results.  Two times a week provides the proper consistency and frequency to create maximum results.  Two times a week is required to participate in the program.

I’m not sure I am interested in yoga or meditation?

This is not your akward pose type of yoga.  The yoga in this program can be defined by stretching postures, breathing, and meditation (mind focus). The health benefits of yoga and meditation are worth trying something new. Don’t worry if you don’t know how to meditate, Coach Mike is an expert teacher that will make learning fast, fun and easy.

What are Coach Mike’s credentials?

Michael Rosenfeld (Coach Mike) has coached thousands over the past 12 years helping them answer their calling in life and achieve TRUE success.  Coach Mike received his coaching education from CTI ((Coaching Training Institute) and he is a certified NAAM Yoga Therapist which combines Kundalini yoga and Kabbalah. He has been a personal trainer for 7 years.

What if I don’t have the time for the program?

It may seem paradoxical but this program will actually give time back to you by helping you become focused, more creative, clear and productive. The program is scheduled for early in the morning which will help you get a jump start on the day.

 

What are the benefits of working in a group? Science shows that people are more successful when they are working in a team. Accountability partners dedicated to your success will help you push through moments of fatigue, overcome distractions and help you stay motivated and focused.

 

How much does the 6 week TRUE FIT program cost?

Coach Mike’s prices range from $115-$450 an hour for life coaching and personal training starts at $100 an hour.

This one of a kind group program is only $30 per session.

Total cost for the 6 week program is $360.
