Applying Microsoft Dynamics AX in the University Classroom. This two day workshop introduces Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP software with a focus on providing attendees the background and tools to use Dynamics AX in a broad range of university courses: accounting information systems, supply chain management, management information systems, and information technology applications.
In day 1, the Dynamics AX approach to business process automation will be reviewed, including an overview of the system architecture and hands-on walkthroughs where Dynamics AX is applied to common processes (e.g., sales-to-order, order-to-cash, make-to-order, procure-to-order).
In day 2 the emphasis will shift to bringing this state-of-practice technology into your courses: providing students access to Dynamics AX, sample assignments and rubrics, guidelines for assessments, best practice examples from university programs.
