Free Instructor Training: Applying Microsoft Dynamics AX in the University Classroom

The Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance team invites you to following free instructor training: Applying Microsoft Dynamics AX in the university classroom February 28 and March 1, 2014 in Atlanta:
Applying Microsoft Dynamics AX in the University Classroom. This two day workshop introduces Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP software with a focus on providing attendees the background and tools to use Dynamics AX in a broad range of university courses: accounting information systems, supply chain management, management information systems, and information technology applications.
In day 1, the Dynamics AX approach to business process automation will be reviewed, including an overview of the system architecture and hands-on walkthroughs where Dynamics AX is applied to common processes (e.g., sales-to-order, order-to-cash, make-to-order, procure-to-order).
In day 2 the emphasis will shift to bringing this state-of-practice technology into your courses: providing students access to Dynamics AX, sample assignments and rubrics, guidelines for assessments, best practice examples from university programs.
This workshop is designed specifically for faculty members from institutions of higher education consider or already have started to use Microsoft Dynamics AX in curriculum. This training is offered exclusively for members of Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance.
Please bring your own laptop for this workshop. You will not need to have Microsoft Dynamics AX installed. Meals will be provided during the workshop at no charge. Travel to Atlanta, GA, USA as well as hotel expenses are at the cost of the attendee. Those attending from a Public Sector institution will be required to provide a signed Pre-Approval letter.
