A Free Craft and Handwork Workshop
Handmade Journals with Artisan Lis Ortiz
Come and create your own handmade personal journal to capture your thoughts, hopes and dreams. Journals will be made of recycled items, so please feel free to bring images, fabric and/or items to make yours extra special!
Note: This workshop is labor intensive so please arrive on time so that you can leave with a completed piece.
This event is part of The Big Read in the Bronx. Participants will receive a free copy of Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury. (Supplies are limited.)
All welcome! Bring a notebook, a pen and your creative energy.
