Free Home Buyers Workshop

Jonathan McGovern will head up another great session of the first time homebuyers workshop, "Your First Home..The Proven Path to Homeownership". The workshop is scheduled for Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Keller-Williams Atlanta Midtown office at 1420 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA. The workshop guides potential homebuyers through the 8 steps to buying a first home. Topics of discussion are obtaining pre-approval with a mortgage company or bank and the loan process, and buying a home with bad credit. We will take a look at homes for sale by owner, foreclosure homes for sale,  and HUD homes for sales in Georgia. Bank foreclosed homes can offer great value and more options when searching homes that fit the buyers criteria and price point. Buying a new home involves making and negotiating offers that get accepted and performing due diligence with home inspections. We will show how you can navigate the closing process while protecting your earnest money deposit. Also discussed is down payment assistance programs and city grants to help first time homebuyers move into a home with the lowest possible out-of-pocket expense. There will be a Power Point presentation and a workbook that will help potential clients follow along throughout the presentation.
On hand to answer specific questions will be Jonathan McGovern with Keller-Williams Realty.
Space is limited. Please reserve your seat today for this exciting workshop.

No High Pressure Sales, No Gimmicks!! Just Your Opportunity to Learn How to Buy A Home.
