In this informal session, learn the history and principles behind mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR). The class includes lead meditations, a group exercise, a video presentation, and Q & A. This will also be an opportunity to register for the 8-week MBSR course starting in north Berkeley on February 4. But of course there is no obligation.
