Debbie became an owner/manager of RE/MAX Associates of Louisville
in 1993. She built the office from 9 agents to 45, as well as opening a
mortgage brokerage in the office.
In 2001 Debbie sold both the mortgage company and her RE/MAX office in order to continue working with her sales team in selling an average of 150 homes a year, as well as becoming a part-time coach for Tom Ferry.
She then sold her private real estate practice in 2004 in order to work fulltime
with Tom Ferry.
