We've enlisted Chris Wieble, one of Manhattan's best personal trainers, to host a special Eventsy Cardio & Endurance Bootcamp class in Central Park on August 2nd at 10am SHARP.

Biography of Chris Wieble - Personal Trainer
A former athlete, Chris has competed in Basketball, Track, Cross Country and Football. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Certified Sports Performance coach by USAW (USA Weightlifting) and he specializes in Corrective Exercise (CES). “My goal is to help you achieve your goal.” In doing so, he focuses on correcting movement posture, increasing flexibility, core training, balance training, cardiorespiratory training, reactive training and resistance training.
He incorporates into his workouts bosu ball training, bands, kettle bells, max interval training, cardio circuits, weight resistance and Olympic lifting. Chris has had the privilege of training athletes, actors, post rehab/physical therapy clients, general fitness clients, clients interested in building lean muscle mass and weight loss, and special populations of people with chronic diseases.
Chris dedicates his time to not only motivating his clients to succeed but also educating them on how to continue living a more functional, healthy, and injury free lifestyle.
