Fox & Rob: Celebrate 27 years of LOVE!
It was November 11, 1987, when Sibil Fox Richardson, aka, Fox and Robert Glen Richardson, aka, Rob, met and fell in love. Even though their union has been anything but a fairytale, their love for each other and their family has stood the test of time. Now, they would like to invite you; family, friends, well wishers and supports, to purchase a ticket and help them celebrate their LOVE and raise money to restore Rob's freedom.
But don't get it twisted, this event is not just about Fox and Rob. The monies raised from this effort will be used to fight to restore Act 20/45 ( a law that grants offenders that are at least 45 years old and have served at least 20 years parole consideration). With a larger number of offenders similarly fixed through out the prison capital of the world-Louisiana; those deemed worthy by the parole board under this law will get a second chance at life.
Over the past 17 years of incarceration, the Richardson family has remained committed, not only to their family but also to their mission of breaking the cycle of incarceration. With your support, they will obtain a much deserved second chance at life. With your help on this night, they will generate the capital needed to fight for redemption. Not just for their family but for hundreds if not thousands of excessively, wrongfully, or harshly sentenced reformed citizens still serving time behind bars.
Join us as we celebrate the power of love and get caught up in the beautiful ambiance only found in the House of Blues Foundation Room. The Rich family cordially invites you to get in on the action of creating change in our society, while having a great time as they fill the night with music, door prizes, and a whole lot of fun.
* At this time, due to policies and guidelines governing raffles in the state of Louisiana, we must refrain from conducting the drawing for the diamond stud earrings.
****You must RSVP to attend the event in New Orleans (space is limited)
