What you believe about fund raising isn't all true!

This is our much anticipated "Myth Busters: Funding Facts & Fiction" event.

It will be a packed house with plenty of drinks, food and networking.

Find out what the biggest myths are when...

  • Closing a Round
  • Negotiating with VCs
  • Assigning Board Seats
  • Smart Money vs. Dumb Money
  • Setting Liquidation Preferences

We'll have three VCs speaking at the event and busting all the myths:
  • Dong-Su Kim, Ph.D. is a Director of Investment at Samsung Ventures
  • Ramneek Gupta, Managing Director of Citi Ventures
  • Bob Ackerman, Managing Director & Founder, Allegis Capital
  • Moderator: Steven Hoffman, Cofounder of Founders Space
