This class will be taught on the innate energetic system of Western herbalism used by the phsyiomedicalists; tracing back to the Greeks. It is based on excitation, depression, atrophy, stagnation, tension, relaxation, or hot, cold, dry, damp, tension, relaxation.
We will discuss the energetics, the diagnostic indications, and the most useful herbs.
This is a one-day workshop, from 10am to 5pm with a lunch break in between, in a beautiful outdoor setting in Orange County, California.

Matthew Wood is a registered member of the American Herbalists Guild, has a MS in herbal Medicine from the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine, accredited by the University of Wales. He has been practicing, mostly in the Twin Cities area, for thirty plus years (getting old!) He lives (summer) in Martell, Wisconsin, (winter) in Lakeport, California.
