Forest Stewardship Workshop:
Friday, April 19, 2013; 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, ET
13100 Verges Rd, Thonotosassa, FL 33592
This workshop will give landowners and natural resource professionals an opportunity to identify the tree species growing on the lands they own and/or manage. We’ll begin with identification strategies and then practice those skills, identifying live specimens in the field. This will involve some walking in the field so please dress accordingly. Long pants and sleeves are recommeded. Bring a water bottle if you wish to take water to the field.
