The presentation will address the various incentives driving foreign investments into US ventures, with a particular emphasis on immigration-driven incentives, such as the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, the L-1 Manager/ Executive and the E-2 Foreign Investor/ Entrepreneur Visas.  The presenter will explore the various corporate structures available to fit the foreign investor's immigration goals while also providing needed capital to US Ventures.

Traveling South on I-91
Take Exit 3/Trumbull Street.  Turn left at the first traffic light onto Orange Street.  Turn right at the first traffic light onto Grove Street.  Within the first block, turn left into One Century Tower Parking Garage.

Traveling East or West on I-95
Take I-95 to I-91 North and then follow the directions above.

From the Garage
Use the garage elevator or stairs to reach the first floor of the building, the main lobby and security desk.  Take the elevators to the 10th floor.  The glass door office entrance is adjacent to the elevator lobby. UKS will validate.
