Event Details

The menu will be determined closer to the date of the class, due to seasonality of the various cheeses.

While cheese doesn’t normally come to mind when thinking of seasonal ingredients, it actually is! Because milk production typically ramps up in the spring when mothers are making milk to feed their young, many sheep and goat cheeses peak at this time of the year, specifically young cheeses that don’t require a great period of aging to mature. We’ll show you how to use the best of these cheeses in tasty, creative recipes. This class is part of our Cooking Live series.

About Cooking Live: Turn off the TV—we know you’re watching cooking shows anyway—and let our Culinary Center chef guide you through new recipes and techniques. These classes will feel like watching your favorite chef on TV, except we’re here to answer all of your culinary questions. The best part? You won’t leave feeling even hungrier than when you walked in!
