For Those About to Sweat!
We salute you! This challenging 2.5 hour vinyasa class will assist you in establishing strong foundations. We will build strength and increase power in our core, legs, arms, and more!
The class will be filled to the brim with core movements and lunges. We will hone techniques that will take us deeper in backbends and forward bends. We will strengthen all the muscles that travel up and down our spines. Instead of being sore in just one body part the next morning, expect to be “good sore” all over.
Throughout this asana session, we will practice gentleness and humility while we tone our minds and spirits! Expect to sweat...... a lot.
