Social entrepreneurs often grapple with the decision of whether forming a not-for-profit or for-profit entity will help them best to reach their goals. This workshop will focus on the different types of legal forms, and the issues that should be considered when selecting from among those forms. Featuring attorneys from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and the Community Development Project of the Legal Aid Society.
