FAQs:

• WHAT TIME WILL DOORS OPEN? VIP Doors open approximately 90 minutes prior to show time with Q&A beginning 60 minutes prior to show time. General Admission doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to show time.
• DOES MY CHILD NEED A TICKET TO ENTER? All children 3 and over require a ticket to the event.
• IS SEATING RESERVED? All seating is first come, first served so make sure to arrive early for the best available seating. VIP ticket holders will be allowed early entry and have the first selection of seats.
• HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS? Once your order has been placed you will receive your tickets via email. You may also download the Eventbrite App on your smart phone and show your tickets on your phone at the door. If for any reason you lose your tickets you can always check in with the staff at the event and we will have a record of your purchase.
• WILL ANY OTHER ARTISTS BE PERFORMING? For this tour the only artist will be for KING & COUNTRY.
• WE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ACCESSIBLE SEATING. Please plan to arrive at the venue approximately 10 minutes prior to the door time of the ticket type you purchased. You can check in with our staff on site who will assist in finding appropriate seating. Please note that every church/venue is different but we will always work to accomodate special seating needs.
