Our dinner will be served in an open kitchen offering a unique dining experience that can be fun and interactive.

Maggie's Farm Nettles, Germinated Wheatberry, Pistachio
Description- Inspired by the color GREEN, this dish will be a "clean" crisp, composition of vegetables and grain.
Grilled New England Calamari, Tangerine BBQ, Marigold
Description- Brought to you by the color ORANGE. Lightly charred Calamari over an open flame, glazed with Tangerine BBQ sauce, finished with curry oil and Marigold Flowers.
Charcoal-Dusted Ribeye, Organic Legume
Description- Inspiration BLACK. Locally sourced Ribeye cut of Beef that has been brined, and roasted. Accompanied by Organic Black-eyed peas, and smokey Weiser Farm Potatoes.
Date, Caramelized Honey, Sea Salt
Description- Colors of the EARTH. Date cake made with flavors of brown butter, ginger and warm baking spices. Bills Bees caramelized honey, finished with Sea Salt.
