Food in Jars Canning Class at Cookhouse SF

On Wednesday, June 20, join Food in Jars author and blogger Marisa McClellan for an apricot jam canning class at Cookhouse in San Francisco. This class will focus on the boiling water bath canning method, best practices for canning safety and how to ensure that your jam will set.
Students will go home with a small jar of jam, a copy of the recipe and newly gained confidence in their canning abilities.
Marisa is also happy to sign any copies of her newly published cookbook, so if you have one, feel free to bring it along.
