Bike or walk the beautiful south central Connecticut shoreline to help the one in four people affected by mental health or substance abuse issues. Your ride offers them health, hope and recovery. Mental illness affects over 60 million Americans. With your help, Bridges can offer recovery focused treatment so all of our familly, friends and neighbors can live healthy, productive lives.
Choose your cycling distance the Metric Century Ride, 50, 40, 20 miles or ride or walk for fun and fitness, 10 miles or 5k walk.

Post ride enjoy a free lunch provided by DIBella's Old Fashioned Subs! Plus music, cycling and wellness exhibits at Fowler Field until 2 :00. All registrants will recieve a wristband for lunch.
Bridges provides a comprehensive range of outpatient mental health and addiction services for adults, children and families in Milford, Orange, West Haven and their surrounding CT communities. Bridges also offers primary care services, wellness education and tobacco cessation programs for adults.
Bridges is the designated local mental health authority and is a partner agency of CommuniCare, Inc. Bridges is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF) and is licensed by the CT Dept. of Children & Families and th CT Dept. of Public Health.
