Today we have Jill Seebantz, the owner of a health and wellness center located on the East Side, in for a focused Lab.

 

Jill's business offers customized therapeutic body work, body movement and detoxification services designed to connect their clients to their innermost sense of well being. Therapies blend mind-body-spirit-nature-planet and people, bringing clients integrated solutions to their wellness concerns.

 

Recently, they started a new quest in the form of pressed juice. Jill began offering juice cleanses to our clients on a monthly basis and the demand has caused them to want to move forward with opening a second location to focus more specifically on the pressed juices.

 

The challenge is in naming the business, as well as naming the individual juices. They would like to figure out a way to present the aura of the business to capture the intimacy, in a global way.

 

In terms of the business itself, they are undecided how to market it. Jill has been leaning towards more of a juice boutique/wellness boutique versus a cafe atmosphere. Another avenue is selling juices at such places as gyms and studios.
