There are very few tricks to mastering Thai cooking—for the home cook, it’s all about grocery shopping. Learn the basics of stocking your Thai pantry, then watch (and taste) as those building blocks become the cornerstone of a fabulous Thai meal. Tonight’s menu is flexitarian, so you’ll learn how to make Thai favorites for both vegetarians and meat-eaters.
On the Menu: Thai Red-Coconut Curry with Eggplant or Chicken; Pad Thai with Shrimp or Tofu; Shrimp or Vegetable Summer Rolls and Dipping Sauce; Sticky Coconut Rice with Mango.
