Brazilian Cuisine is a collection of regional dishes. In other words, there is no one single national dish. Rather, there are various traditional dishes stemming from each region of Brazil. The roots of these dishes can be traced back to the indigenous Indians, African slaves, Portuguese colonizers and immigrants from various countries such as England, Spain, Italy and Germany. With so much variety, flavor and color, it's no wonder that Brazilian food is simply irresistible!
There will be 8 traditional dishes to choose from (including arroz de carreteiro, tutu a mineira, galinhada, sopa paraguaia, and much more!).
