Welcome to the FIU FBLA-PBL 2014 Business Olympics!
Being hosted on Saturday, February 1st, 2014, the Business Olympics is an annual event consisting of a variety of competitions in several business fields. Top business students and student business organizations at FIU will be competing against each other for individual and team awards, as well as the title of the "2014 Business Olympics Organization of the Year," which goes to the student business organization with the most competitive wins.
Network with company recruiters, attend insightful workshops, and go against your peers and other organizations in a variety of competitive events ranging from accounting, finance, management, marketing, speaking events, and much more.
This event is FREE of charge and open to any FIU student who has the competitive drive to win. If you are a current member of FIU business organizations, pick an organization to represent and make them proud!
There are 3 different types of competitive events to be offered: Case Competition Events***, Objective Events**, and Performance Events**.
You may compete in as many as FOUR events, however, you also have the option in competing in less. You may not select more than two Case Competition/Performance Events. Example of combinations are as follows:
- 1 Case Competition Event/ 1 Performance Event/ 2 Objective Events
- 2 Case Competition Events/ 2 Objective Events
- 2 Performance Events/ 2 Objective Events
- 4 Objective Events
