Fit while you sit is an informative and engaging workshop presented by Matt Hayden, D.C. of Chiropractic
We have a great time giving this workshop in the community to people who are primarily sitting throughout the day!! This conversation includes motivational topics to help the individuals come together even more as a team because everyone shares similar struggles by the end of the day.
A bullet point list of the major topics of the workshop:
- What posture means to overall health and energy... and how to make sure you are getting energy from your posture.
- The danger of head forward syndrome and what it does to the overall body, not just the neck and shoulders
- Exercise demonstration of Fit While You Sit activities that improve posture, energy, and fitness (here's where we have some fun!!)
- The real definition of why energy escapes us throughout the day and how to make sure you have more energy for better production and be able to go home and be excellent!
The workshop is right at 40 minutes long and is loaded with information, ideas and activity to keep everyone engaged. Exercises that are covered will be emailed to everyone in attendance following the presentation.
Complimentary snacks and drinks will be provided. Free drawing for a 1 hour massage (must be present to win).
