Learn to make wonderful fish and seafood dishes that won’t break the bank and might even get those fish naysayers in your house to start eating seafood. We’ll discuss buying, prepping and cooking techniques, and then make Parmesan-almond crusted tilapia, Thai tuna burgers, shrimp salsa and walleye curry.
