The most-asked questions from seafood rookies are, “What’s the best way to cook fish?” and “How do I know if it’s cooked through?” Join us as we tackle these issues and more: Learn easy recipes, essential techniques, and how to properly check for doneness while increasing your seafood confidence.
On the Menu: Grilled Fresh Sardines with Heirloom Tomato Panzanella; Sicilian Squid & Shrimp Salad; “Drunken” Thai-Style Clams & Mussels with Lime, Beer, and Chiles; Pan-Roasted Mahi Mahi with Salsa Verde and Mexican Street Corn.
