Fireflies Dig the Dark!

Ravine Gardens State Park and will host Fireflies Dig the Dark! on October 10, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Spend an hour in the life of a lightning bug at Ravine Gardens State Park! This indoor program will give visitors an interactive look at the life of fireflies. Learn when and where they can be seen, how they live, and what you can do in your own yard to increase firefly habitat. You might even get a chance to eat what they eat!
The program is free with park entry and for annual park pass holders. Park entry is $5.00 per vehicle for 2 - 8 people, $4.00 for single occupant vehicles, and $2.00 for pedestrians and bicyclists.

Ravine Gardens State Park is a Florida State Park located in historic Palatka, Florida. The park boasts beautiful formal gardens, a natural ravine and 1.8 mile loop for cars, bikes, and pedestrians, an amphitheater, weekly events and more.
