Fight Back Fitness (FBF) is a mix of endurance, cardio, and self-defense-inspired techniques all put to great music. You’ll not only be getting a great work out in this class (bring a small towel and a bottle of water!), but you’ll be practicing moves like elbow strikes and ground kicks that you’ll hopefully never need outside the studio. Added bonus, is the people that come to this class are Awesome!
Tiffany (Tif) Wolf trained in Goju Karate for 20 years at the Center for Anti-Violence Education in Park Slope, and she completed the Self-Defense teachers training program. She taught Karate for 14 years. Tif enjoys running in Prospect Park (and the occasional Brooklyn Half Marathon), as well as taking boutique fitness classes like spinning and boot camp. In fact, it was the fun, positive energy of cardio fitness classes that inspired Tif to create FBF, blending self-defense moves and great music. Her class will push you, and the playlists and great class energy will motivate you.
