 The Governing Board is proud to present this years Scholarship Fundraising Dinner.  

 Field to Fork Southern Style Picnic


 From The Grill:

Turkey Breast – Smoked and grilled for either platter or sandwich style presentation.

Beef Brisket – Smokes and grilled for either platter or sandwich style presentation.

Garnish – to include lettuce, tomatoes, and grilled onions w/ house-made; pickles, horseradish aioli, peach BBQ sauce & cactus pear chutney.


From the Garden:

Fresh tomato, olive and fennel salad

Corn on the cob with green herb butter

Grilled eggplant vinaigrette

 

From the Field:

House-made whole grain sandwich rolls

Grits with collard greens & house-smoked pork

Peppery potato salad w/ onion & egg

 

From the Barn:

Self – cook SMORE’S - fire-pits assisted by chefs & students

Select artisan cheeses

 

From the Still:

Fresh brewed nectarine ice tea

House-made melon lemonade

Local selection of craft beers
